"INHALE SHIVA _EXHALE STRESS" This quote might be a life teaching but the place from
where this is orginated is surely a must visit region . After a trek of almost 5km chanting the name of mighty LORD SHANKARA & inhaling the air supported with the affection & devotion every devotee who came above almost 12000 ft to explore the divine & sensational view of over 1000-year -old " THE HIGHEST TEMPLE OF LORD SHIVA -TUNGNATH MAHADEV ". 
Tungnath Mahadev temple has been considered as a part of PANCH KEDAR situated as the Rudraprayag district in the laps  of Dev Bhoomi . The word "Tungnath " itself means the god of mountain, this temple offers a great link with the Pandavas ( Mahabharata ).
With all the spiritual vibes & devotional connection towards MAHADEVA  the temple itself seeks
the attention of many vagabonds with its idyllic beauty .
The trek route itself is covered with ancient brown stones &  fantabulous views bordering with the 
peaks of Himalayan ranges. Many of us will be unaware of the fact about capturing the seens of the trails & scenery of Tungnath for  shoot of a movie "Kedarnatha".

                                CHANDRASHILA
Moving further more 4 km from the Tungnath temple towards the sumit over a height of almost
(13000ft)above the sea level , the mighty -"CHANDRASHILA PEAK". This peak covers 360-degree
view full of snowy garhwal & kumaon ranges of Himalayas & is literally called "MOON ROCK".
There is a believe that LORD RAMA meditated on this peak after defeating the cruelest demon
RAVANA.
With all the enchanting & divine nature this peak even seeks the attention due to a part of "LORD SHIVA _ A SHIVLING " with 3 faces which is unique & the only "SHIVLING " situated at this height.We can meditate for the blessings of all the lords linked with such a spiritual peak.


While trekking back from Chandrashila peak one can admire the vision of sunset letting away all the
wicked mind thoughts out of the body & blessing the soul within us & thus letting another beautiful day spend in the laps of God in the SUKOON KI SHAM - DEVBHOOMI UTTRAKHAND
