fusion of five holy river named as PANCHPRAYAG. This set of rivers convergence at the Garhwal 

side of Uttrakhand.

The history, behind this bewitching land is just like a miracle ; Lord Shiva ( Mahadev) accommodated  enormous force of the River Ganga by dividing it into various streams. After diverging into five streams River ganga combines & surges down to purify humanity.

  

PANCHPRAYAG was a originated from Sanskrit language & the word (Prayag) signifies confluence.
